About the role
Meesho is hiring an Associate for its Grocery category operations team in Bengaluru. Meesho Grocery is an early-stage unit inside the company that is building a low-cost distribution channel for daily-needs products in lower-tier cities. The associate runs seller-side operations day to day, making sure pickups are timely and accurate, and works on processes for material handling and purchase-order fulfilment. The role also covers quality and compliance at processing centres, cost savings, and training seller-side staff against KPIs. The posting asks for one to three years of experience, including at least a year of leading teams.
What you will do
- Oversee daily seller-side operations so pickups are timely and accurate
- Design and improve material handling and purchase-order fulfilment processes
- Keep processing centres within quality and compliance standards
- Work on delivery timelines and delivery success rates
- Identify and carry out cost-optimisation initiatives
- Train and monitor seller-side personnel against productivity KPIs
What we need from you
- 1-3 years of overall experience, with at least 1 year leading teams
- Experience in startups or fast-paced environments is an added advantage
- Able to use Microsoft Excel to analyse data and build a point of view
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically
- Good verbal and written communication
- Able to lead a team and manage stakeholders
