About ikshajobs.com

ikshajobs.com is a job board for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. It is for people looking for work in their own city and for companies that actually exist and can be checked.

Most job boards take money from anyone who wants to post. That is how fake listings and fake recruiters get in. Here, the check comes first: a company is verified before its first job goes live, not after somebody complains.

Rules

Three rules we keep

  1. 1

    Only checked employers post

Before a company can put a job up, we check its GST registration, call its phone number, and match the address on the record. If the check does not pass, the listing does not go live.

  2. 2

    Seekers never pay

Applying to a job is free. There is no fee, no deposit and no “training charge” to be paid to anyone on ikshajobs.com. If somebody asks for money in our name, report it.

  3. 3

    Every application shows its status

Sent, seen, shortlisted, interview, decision. You can see where your application is, like the running status of a train. Applications do not disappear without an answer.

Who

Who runs it

ikshajobs.com is run by Adhiratha Digital Solutions & Services (MVSS United Solutions Pvt Ltd). Questions, corrections and complaints about the site go to support@ikshajobs.com.

If a listing looks wrong, use Report a job. You do not need an account, and you can report without giving your name.

How

How the three rules work in practice

Checking a company

A new company gives us its GST number. We look it up in the public GST record, call the phone number to confirm somebody answers for the company, and compare the address it gives with the address on that record. A person then reads through the result before the first listing is allowed to go live. The checks and the date they were passed are shown on the company's listings.

Nobody charges you to apply

Applying costs nothing, on any job, for any employer. An employer pays for posting a job, never for your application. We never ask for your bank details or any one-time password (OTP), and we never ask you for money in any form.

Jobs that ask for a fee, a deposit or “training charges” before an interview are fake. Recognise them in Trust & safety.

Where your application stands

After you apply, the job appears in My applications with its current step. Each step means one thing:

  • Sent — we passed your details to the employer.
  • Seen — the employer opened your application.
  • Shortlisted — the employer wants to talk to you.
  • Interview — an interview is being arranged.
  • Hired or not selected — the final answer.

Every status is explained in Help.
