Open the job page and tap Apply. Fill your name, email and mobile number, tick the consent box and send. We email you a confirmation, and you can follow the application in My applications. Applying costs nothing.
No. You can apply as a guest with just your name, email and mobile number. Later, sign in with the same email — we send you a one-time link, no password — and all your applications are there.
Go to the sign-in page, type your email address and we send you a link. Open the link on the same device and you are signed in. There is no password to remember and nothing to type from a code that arrives by SMS.
Each status is one step of the same journey:
Open My applications, find the application and withdraw it. The employer is told, and the application stops in your list.
Yes. Searching, applying and following your applications are free. Nobody on ikshajobs.com will ask you for a fee, a deposit or a training charge, and no one will ask for your OTP or bank details. If somebody does, report it.
Warning signs are listed in Trust & safety.
Create an employer account from the sign-in page and enter your company name, GST number, phone number and address. You can post jobs as soon as the check is passed — usually within one working day.
Three things: your GST number, which we look up in the public GST record; a phone number that answers for your company; and an address that matches the one on that record.
Usually the same working day. If a detail does not match, we write to you with the exact question we need answered, and the check continues once you reply.
From your employer dashboard, start a new job and fill the guided form: role, city, salary range, experience, work mode and what the job involves. You see a preview of the job page exactly as seekers will see it, and then you publish.
Open the job, then the applicants list. Each applicant has a status you can move through: seen, shortlisted, interview, hired or not selected. Every application you open must reach one of the last two — silent rejection is not allowed on this site.

If a listing asks you for a fee, a deposit or an OTP, do not reply and do not pay. Read the warning signs in Trust & safety, then report the job. Confirmed scam listings are removed the same day.
