Your checked badge is visible
Candidates see a badge saying your company was checked, with the date of the check. In a market full of fake listings, that badge is the reason a candidate answers your call.
One simple applicant list
Every application for a job sits in one list with its status. Move a candidate through seen, shortlisted, interview and hired — or tell them they were not selected. No spreadsheets, no CV files named final-final-2.
What we ask of employers
- Post only real, open jobs — with the true salary, city and work mode.
- Never ask a candidate for a fee, a deposit or a “training charge”, before or after an interview.
- Never ask for an OTP, a UPI PIN or bank details.
- Follow Indian labour law, and do not discriminate in a listing or in a decision.
- Give every applicant an answer. Silent rejection is not allowed on this site.
