This notice explains what Adhiratha Digital Solutions & Services (MVSS United Solutions Pvt Ltd) does with your personal data on ikshajobs.com. It is written for a job seeker, not for a lawyer.
Adhiratha Digital Solutions & Services (MVSS United Solutions Pvt Ltd) decides why and how your personal data is used on ikshajobs.com. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary and you are the Data Principal. That means the duty to protect your data is ours, not yours.
We run the site for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Write to us at support@ikshajobs.com.
We do not ask for your Aadhaar, PAN, bank passbook or any one-time password, and we never ask you to pay to apply.
We ask for your agreement before we collect your data for a job application, and the apply screen says so. Consent is a choice, and it has to be a real one: it is optional, in plain words, and you can take it back whenever you want.
When you take back your consent, we stop using your data for that purpose. One thing you cannot take back is an application already sent — the employer has it. But we will delete your details from it in our own systems.
We share your details with one group of people only: the employer you applied to. They need your name, phone number and application to call you back.
Your data is stored on servers in India, with the hosting and database providers who run them. Only the employer you applied to can see your application, and only our admin team can see company verification details. Traffic to the site is encrypted, and the database is backed up every night.
If a breach of your personal data happens and it is likely to hurt you, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board, and we will tell you what we know and what we are doing about it.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, write to our grievance officer:
Santhi PrakashWe answer every grievance within 30 days of receiving it. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
When we change this notice, the “last updated” date at the top changes too. If a change affects what we do with your data, we will tell you before it takes effect. Questions about anything on this page: Help.
