Terms of use

Last updated: 6 October 2026

These are the rules for using ikshajobs.com, the job board for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana run by Adhiratha Digital Solutions & Services (MVSS United Solutions Pvt Ltd). There are two kinds of user: people looking for work, and companies looking to hire.

Seekers

For people looking for work

  • Applying is free. There is no fee to apply, no fee to interview, and no fee to get a job — on any listing on this site.
  • Give your own details. Do not apply using somebody else's name, phone number or resume.
  • Read the listing before you apply. Salary, city and work mode are shown on the job page.
  • You can withdraw an application at any time from My applications.
  • Do not post false information about your work history to get an interview.

We do not take money from job seekers for anything. If anyone using our name asks you for money, it is fraud — see the warning signs and report it.

Employers

For companies hiring

To post, your company is checked: GST registration, a working phone number, and an address that matches the company record. A person reviews the result before your first listing goes live.

  • Post only jobs that are real and open. Say the true salary, city and work mode.
  • Never ask a candidate for money. A fee, a deposit or a “training charge” is not allowed in any form.
  • Never ask a candidate for an OTP, PIN or bank details.
  • Follow Indian labour law: no recruitment fees, no bond you cannot leave, no discrimination on the basis of caste, religion, gender, age or language, and no asking for documents you are not entitled to ask for.
  • Update the status of every applicant. On this site every application ends in an answer — a silent rejection is not allowed.
  • Keep your company details current. If your phone number or address changes, tell us so the record stays true.

Employers pay for posting jobs. That is the whole of it — no commission on a candidate's salary, no fee to sit an interview, no fee after a hire. Prices are on the pricing page; refunds follow the cancellation and refund policy.

Not allowed

Prohibited on this site

  • Asking any candidate for a fee, deposit, “training charge”, or any payment before or after an interview.
  • Asking any candidate for an OTP, UPI PIN, CVV, net banking password, or bank account and password.
  • Posting a job that does not exist, or that is only a way to collect personal details.
  • Copying a job description, company name or contact detail from another site and posting it as your own.
  • Discriminating in a listing or in a decision because of a candidate’s caste, religion, gender, age, language or place of origin.
  • Using the site to send advertising or offers unrelated to a job.
Removal

What we can remove

We can remove a listing, suspend an account and stop a company from posting — with or without warning — when a listing is fake, when a payment is asked for, when the company record does not match, or when we get a confirmed report. See Trust & safety for how a report is handled.

We can also refuse a company application. If we do, we tell you why in plain words, and you can reply and be heard.

No promise

No promise of a job

ikshajobs.com introduces a candidate to an employer. It does not promise a job, and neither does the fact that a company is verified. Verification means we checked the company exists and can be reached. It is not a guarantee about the working conditions, the salary being paid on time, or how you will be treated after you are hired. Check the company yourself — call it, visit it, ask former employees — before you accept anything.

Liability

What we are responsible for, in plain words

We work hard to keep the site accurate, but we cannot promise that every listing is perfect, that a job will stay open, or that a company will hire anybody. If something goes wrong — a wrong salary, a company that stops replying, a job that turns out to be something else — our responsibility is limited to putting right what is wrong on our side: fixing or removing the listing, and telling you what we know.

We are not responsible for money you lose outside our site, for a decision an employer makes, or for a dispute you have with an employer. Nothing here takes away rights you have under Indian law, or limits what you can claim from us for our own mistake.

Law

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of India. If there is a dispute, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.

Changes

If these terms change

When we change these terms, the “last updated” date above changes too. If a change matters for you, we will tell you before it takes effect. Questions: Help, or write to support@ikshajobs.com.
