About the role
Dr. Reddy's Global Manufacturing Organisation needs a process engineer (Electrical and Instrumentation) for its oral solid dosage operations around Hyderabad. The engineer handles capex proposals, execution and commissioning of equipment and facilities in an OSD manufacturing unit, and implements electrical and instrumentation engineering standards across projects. It is a plant-side role for engineers comfortable with pharma engineering norms, project management and stakeholder coordination, offering exposure to large-scale regulated manufacturing rather than pure office design work. B.Tech or diploma holders with five to ten years of experience are invited to apply.
What you will do
- Prepare and drive capex proposals, execution and commissioning of equipment and facilities in the OSD unit
- Implement electrical and instrumentation engineering standards across projects
- Manage projects against pharma-industry engineering standards and timelines
- Coordinate stakeholders and manage change through project life cycles
What we need from you
- B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical & Instrumentation
- 5-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in pharma manufacturing
- Knowledge of engineering standards in the pharmaceutical industry
- Project management and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Understanding of change management in regulated plants
