About the role
Sutherland is running FY'27 campus hiring for Customer Experience Consultant roles, with Hyderabad among the working locations. Consultants deliver outstanding customer experience over calls, email, chat and social media, resolving user issues and inquiries using the right principles so every customer question is answered in a timely way. The opening is aimed at 2026 pass-outs across any full-time UG or PG stream - arts, science, commerce, engineering, pharmacy, MBA or MCA. Fresh graduates get structured entry into international customer-operations work with cab support within 25 km of the office.
What you will do
- Deliver customer experience via calls, email, chat and social media
- Resolve issues, inquiries and concerns using defined support principles
- Ensure customer questions are answered accurately and on time
- Meet quality, productivity and schedule expectations on an 8-hour shift plus break
What we need from you
- Any full-time UG/PG graduate (Arts/Science/Commerce/Engineering/Pharma/MBA/MCA), 2026 pass-out
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Good analytical and typing skills
- Flexibility to work 5 or 6 days per week in rotational shifts
