About the role
Zenoti's customer success group in Hyderabad needs a senior product specialist to own implementation and onboarding for large wellness and salon brands adopting its all-in-one platform. The specialist works directly with customers to define requirements, configures Zenoti modules to their operations, and drives demos, walkthroughs and solution reviews. For high-priority and large accounts the role designs proof-of-concepts and pilots that ensure a successful go-live, then partners with internal teams so adoption issues feed back into the product. Six to nine years of relevant implementation experience is expected.
What you will do
- Work with customers to gather requirements and map Zenoti solutions to their operations
- Drive demos, walkthroughs and solution reviews during onboarding
- Design and set up proof-of-concepts and pilots for large, high-priority customers
- Ensure successful implementation and steady adoption of the platform after go-live
What we need from you
- 6-9 years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding or customer-facing solution roles
- Strong grasp of business workflows in the beauty, wellness or retail domain preferred
- Clear communication for demos and customer-facing reviews
- Ability to translate customer needs into product configuration and solution design
