About the role
Zuora is hiring a Senior Solutions Architect for its Finance Systems team in Chennai. The role covers data architecture and integrations across finance, FP&A, procurement, employee-success and legal systems, including Workday, NetSuite and Coupa. You will design API-based integrations and data models, apply security controls to sensitive data, and bring AI-driven automation into internal workflows. The posting asks for 8 or more years in system integration and backend development, with REST, SQL and Python or JavaScript.
What you will do
- Lead integration support and data architecture across finance, FP&A, procurement and legal business systems
- Define data models, lineage and integration patterns across the G&A applications
- Build secure API integrations, microservices and file-based data flows using REST, webhooks, OAuth 2.0 and SQL
- Design AI-driven automation workflows, including exposing internal tools to AI agents through MCP servers
- Enforce data security, encryption and access controls and keep documentation compliant with SOX and privacy standards
What we need from you
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, data architecture or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years in system integrations and backend development
- Proficiency in REST APIs, SQL, JavaScript or Python, and OAuth
- Familiarity with the listed stack: Coupa, Workday, NetSuite, Navan, Lattice and Greenhouse
