About the role
Zuora, a subscription billing and quote-to-cash software company, is hiring a Marketing Business Analyst in Chennai. The role supports marketing executive leadership by turning campaign, demand generation, customer and revenue data into insights that guide investment decisions. You will write advanced SQL, build executive dashboards and scorecards, and explain the story behind the numbers to senior leaders. The position is hybrid, split between remote work and the Chennai office.
What you will do
- Analyse campaign, digital, event, ABM, product marketing and demand generation performance
- Write complex SQL to answer marketing and revenue questions
- Build executive-facing dashboards, scorecards and measurement frameworks
- Present insights and recommended actions to marketing leadership
- Use AI tools to improve analytical workflows
What we need from you
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, revenue operations or similar analytical roles
- Advanced SQL and BI tool skills such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker or Sigma
- Understanding of B2B marketing metrics, funnel analytics, pipeline and attribution
- Strong data-storytelling and communication skills with executives
- Preferred: SaaS or subscription experience and Python or dbt knowledge
