About the role
Meesho's Financial Services business builds lending products for Meesho's users and sellers, and it is hiring a Partnerships Manager in Bengaluru. The manager owns relationships with bank and NBFC partners: joint business plans, funnel performance, disbursals and assets under management. The job also covers integrating new lending partners from policy and legal alignment through UAT, launch and post-go-live stability, and tracking partner portfolio and risk metrics. It suits someone with two to three years managing bank or NBFC partnerships, preferably in fintech or an NBFC, who understands co-lending, FLDG and DLG guidelines.
What you will do
- Own and grow existing bank and NBFC partnerships through joint business plans
- Track partner funnels, portfolio performance, policy adherence and risk indicators
- Lead new-partner integrations covering policy, legal, compliance, infosec and tech alignment
- Coordinate credit, growth, product, collections and operations teams on corrective actions
- Maintain governance and regular engagement with partner stakeholders
- Standardise and automate partner management processes
What we need from you
- 2-3 years of experience managing bank and NBFC partnerships, preferably in fintech or an NBFC
- Understanding of co-lending models, FLDG structures and DLG guidelines
- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Analytical ability to read funnel, portfolio and risk metrics
- Experience driving cross-functional integrations through launch
- High ownership and comfort in a fast-paced environment
