About the role
CRED is hiring for its consumer products team in Bengaluru to own growth of the credit card bill payments business. The person is responsible for the main input levers: acquiring and re-activating members who pay card bills on the app, and increasing multi-card adoption. Day to day that means tracking funnel metrics, fixing drop-offs across discovery, reminders, payment and retry, merchandising the category on and off the app, and running offer and cashback campaigns judged on return on spend. The posting asks for four to seven years in user growth or category management, or three to five years in consulting, banking or strategy.
What you will do
- Own the key levers of the bill-payments business: acquisition, resurrection and multi-card adoption
- Track and report metrics daily, weekly and monthly and flag deviations early
- Own execution across the bill-pay funnel from discovery to retry and failure
- Run merchandising on and off the app, including home page assets and cross-sell placements
- Design campaigns using offers, cashback and rewards, optimised for ROI
- Translate category strategy into experiments and milestones
What we need from you
- 4-7 years in user growth or category management, or 3-5 years in consulting, investment banking or strategy roles
- Prior ownership of a high-frequency consumer transaction or payments category, or equivalent strategy background
- Data-driven approach to hypotheses and experiments
- Track record of driving growth initiatives end to end
- Strong program and project management skills across product, marketing, risk and operations
