About the role
Mindtickle, a revenue enablement platform, is hiring a Lead Product Designer in Bengaluru (Pune is also listed) for its content platform. The designer sets the experience for how enablement admins and sellers create, manage and share content, including bringing AI content creation and governance into one workflow. Work spans research, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs, plus scalable analytics experiences for B2B SaaS, and mentoring junior designers. What you will do
- Unify AI content creation and governance workflows on the content platform
- Take designs from concept to wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity screens

- Design scalable, AI-enhanced analytics experiences for B2B SaaS
- Build frameworks and patterns for consistent visualisation across features
- Mentor junior designers and work with product, engineering and research
What we need from you
- 6-8 years of product design experience in B2B SaaS
- Strong portfolio showing complex problem-solving; portfolio link is mandatory
- Experience designing AI products is a must-have
- Understanding of design systems and UI libraries
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Ability to build consensus across stakeholders
