About the role
Meesho, the e-commerce marketplace, is hiring a Cluster Head for last-mile delivery in its Fulfilment and Experience team, based in Chennai. You will onboard and train delivery partners in your cluster, track how each partner performs, visit facilities to audit operations and fix gaps, and own the operational metrics for the cluster. The role needs three to five years in e-commerce logistics, with partner onboarding and sorting operations experience.

- Ensure compliance with operational processes and drive key metrics to target
- Recommend improvements to processes
What we need from you
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline
- 3-5 years of work experience in e-commerce logistics
- Experience in partner onboarding and training for last-mile and sorting operations
- Control tower and field operations experience is a plus
