About the role
Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, the Hyderabad-headquartered multinational pharma company, is hiring a Qualification and Validation specialist for its Visakhapatnam site. The role executes equipment and system qualification protocols - Installation, Operational and Performance Qualification - across manufacturing systems, ensuring facilities stay compliant and audit-ready. It suits pharma or engineering professionals with eight to ten years of hands-on validation experience who want to work at one of the company's coastal Andhra Pradesh manufacturing locations. Graduation in pharmacy, science or an engineering discipline is mandatory.
What you will do
- Execute IQ, OQ and PQ qualification protocols for equipment and systems
- Maintain qualification documentation to cGMP and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with engineering, quality and production teams during qualification cycles
- Support audits and inspections with complete, current validation records
What we need from you
- Graduation in Pharmacy, Science, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering, or Biotechnology
- 8-10 years of relevant qualification/validation experience
- Working knowledge of cGMP requirements for pharma manufacturing
- Experience preparing and reviewing qualification protocols and reports
