Functions and Duties: Officer AO&CS in the Terminal Service function
- Bookings and tickets:
- Taking reservations over the counter
- The ticket sales.
- Sending money to the relevant department.
- Responding to telephone inquiries from clients.
Departures
- Participate in the briefings before and after the flight. • Check-in counters are set up.
- Checked baggage is screened.
- Continue to maintain excellent check-in practices.
- To help clients with specific needs.
Arrivals
- To help clients with specific needs.
● To help clients with damaged or mishandled luggage. For the same, prepare the necessary reports. • Arrangements for the damaged bags with the baggage vendor. - Inquire about misplaced luggage at the en route stops.
