Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and revise original, thoroughly researched blog entries.
  • Work with the marketing team to identify potential content, study keywords, and optimize material for search engines.
  • Make sure that every piece of information is error-free,and clear while keeping the tone constant.
  • Establish content schedules and adhere to weekly or monthly blog post due dates.
  • Incorporate pertinent images, infographics, and multimedia into the blog content in collaboration with the design team.
  • Examine the performance of blog and modify writing style in light of new information and comments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably in HR industry/niche
  • Attention to details while writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
  • Ability to write in a simple tone, for diverse audiences.
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
