Key Responsibilities:
- Create and revise original, thoroughly researched blog entries.
- Work with the marketing team to identify potential content, study keywords, and optimize material for search engines.
- Make sure that every piece of information is error-free,and clear while keeping the tone constant.
- Establish content schedules and adhere to weekly or monthly blog post due dates.
- Incorporate pertinent images, infographics, and multimedia into the blog content in collaboration with the design team.
- Examine the performance of blog and modify writing style in light of new information and comments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably in HR industry/niche
- Attention to details while writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices and tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
- Ability to write in a simple tone, for diverse audiences.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
